Finote
It all began in the 19th century in Argelès-sur-Mer, in Pays Catalan, where Joséphine Limouzy, affectionately nicknamed Finote, crafted her own homemade aperitifs from plants and spices. Inspired by this heritage, Elodie Swanberg, her great-great-granddaughter, decided to reimagine these recipes in a non-alcoholic version, boldly blending tradition and modernity.
