It all began in the 19th century in Argelès-sur-Mer, in the Catalan Country, where Joséphine Limouzy, affectionately known as Finote, created her own homemade aperitifs using herbs and spices. Inspired by this heritage, Elodie Swanberg, her great-granddaughter, decided to revisit these recipes in an alcohol-free version, boldly blending tradition and modernity.
