Finote
It all began in the 19th century in Argelès-sur-Mer, in the Catalan Country, where Joséphine Limouzy, affectionately nicknamed Finote, would create her own home-made aperitifs from plants and spices. Inspired by this heritage, Elodie Swanberg, her great-granddaughter, decided to revisit these recipes in an alcohol-free version, boldly blending tradition and modernity.
