Long description

With No.2 – Spritz Classique, FINOTE modernises the iconic aperitif in a non-alcoholic version. The bright orange opens the tasting, followed by a delicate bitterness of gentian, subtly structured by rosemary. The fine bubbles underline the tension and extend the freshness. It is a contemporary, precise and gastronomic spritz, designed to accompany oysters, grilled fish or vegetable tapas. A refined and expressive interpretation, faithful to the Mediterranean spirit.

It all began in the 19th century in Argelès-sur-Mer, in the Catalan Country, where Joséphine Limouzy, affectionately nicknamed Finote, crafted her own homemade aperitifs from plants and spices. Inspired by this heritage, Elodie Swanberg, her great-great-granddaughter, decided to reimagine these recipes in an alcohol-free version, boldly blending tradition and modernity.
