With No.4 – Spritz Intense, FINOTE takes on a bolder character. Pomegranate opens the tasting with a fruity roundness, quickly lifted by thyme and a gradual build of spices – Sichuan pepper and chilli. Ideal with spiced Asian cuisine, grilled lamb or chocolate desserts, it delivers an alcohol-free spritz with a confident personality.

It all began in the 19th century in Argelès-sur-Mer, in the Catalan Country, where Joséphine Limouzy, affectionately nicknamed Finote, crafted her own homemade aperitifs from plants and spices. Inspired by this heritage, Elodie Swanberg, her great-great-granddaughter, decided to reimagine these recipes in an alcohol-free version, boldly blending tradition and modernity.
