Long description

Obtained from L'Apéritif N°1 and carbonated for added liveliness, this alcohol-free spritz captures the perfect balance between sweetness and tension. Orange and gentian come together in an aromatic dance enhanced by a herbaceous hint of rosemary. Its golden colour catches the eye, and its texture on the palate seduces. Today as in the 19th century, Finote revisits its heritage with creativity and authenticity, delivering here a clear, precise and refreshing spritz.

It all began in the 19th century in Argelès-sur-Mer, in the Catalan Country, where Joséphine Limouzy, affectionately nicknamed Finote, crafted her own homemade aperitifs from plants and spices. Inspired by this heritage, Elodie Swanberg, her great-great-granddaughter, decided to reimagine these recipes in an alcohol-free version, boldly blending tradition and modernity.
