No.3 – Mediterranean Spritz expresses a bright and saline facet of the alcohol-free spritz. Mandarin brings vivid zestiness, basil structures the aromatics, while a hint of Camargue salt extends the freshness on the palate. Together they create an elegant, tangy tension, perfect with seafood, Provençal cuisine or fresh cheeses. A subtle and vibrant southern signature.

It all began in the 19th century in Argelès-sur-Mer, in the Catalan Country, where Joséphine Limouzy, affectionately nicknamed Finote, crafted her own homemade aperitifs from plants and spices. Inspired by this heritage, Elodie Swanberg, her great-great-granddaughter, decided to reimagine these recipes in an alcohol-free version, boldly blending tradition and modernity.
