Long description

Inspired by great-grandmother Finote's recipe, this non-alcoholic aperitif combines tradition and precision. Crafted in Occitanie with concentrated grape juice, gentian, and ginseng, it delivers aromatic richness and balance. Its golden hue precedes a complex nose of ripe fruit, jam, and wood, while the gentian adds a lovely tension. A lingering gingerbread finish seals this understated yet flavorful expression, perfect to enjoy neat or in a cocktail.

It all began in the 19th century in Argelès-sur-Mer, in the Catalan Country, where Joséphine Limouzy, affectionately nicknamed Finote, crafted her own homemade aperitifs from plants and spices. Inspired by this heritage, Elodie Swanberg, her great-great-granddaughter, decided to reimagine these recipes in an alcohol-free version, boldly blending tradition and modernity.
