"The elegance of a reimagined gin, with botanical intensity but without the alcohol. "

Long description

The house's first expression, N°1 embodies the JNPR vision: restoring nobility to non-alcoholic spirits. Distilled from juniper berries, coriander and refined botanicals, it develops a precise structure and an intense aromatic bouquet. Created in collaboration with a master distiller from Normandy, this modern spirit is best enjoyed in cocktails or simply lengthened with tonic. A founding cuvée that establishes JNPR as the French reference for premium alcohol-free alternatives.

Producer

JNPR

In a New York bar, Valérie de Sutter imagined a new kind of aperitif. Back in Normandy, she revived 17th-century recipes by distilling juniper, plants and spices in a Charentais still. Together with mixologist Flavio Angiolillo, she created JNPR: 0% botanical spirits, natural, sugar-free and gluten-free, crafted for mixology. Since then, the range has grown, always true to its signature: flavour, purpose, and 500 juniper trees replanted to support local farming and biodiversity.
