In a New York bar, Valérie de Sutter conceived a new aperitif. Back in Normandy, she revived 17th-century recipes by distilling juniper, herbs, and spices in a Charentais still. With mixologist Flavio Angiolillo, she created JNPR: 0% natural, sugar-free, and gluten-free botanical spirits, perfect for mixology. Since then, the range has expanded, always remaining true to its core values: taste, meaning, and 500 replanted juniper trees to support local agriculture and biodiversity.
