This creation combines verbena, a plant with lemony notes, with juniper berries and botanicals chosen for their subtlety. Distilled in Normandy, N°3 is part of the JNPR initiative: offering refined and aromatically rich non-alcoholic spirits. Its delicate freshness makes it particularly suited to summer cocktails, with tonic or fresh citrus fruits. A signature blend that highlights the botanical elegance and aromatic precision characteristic of the house.

The selected plants and berries are distilled separately at low temperatures, then precisely blended to preserve the freshness of the verbena and the intensity of the juniper. This technique guarantees a clear and balanced expression of aromas.
