Character blonde beer - Gueule de Joie

At Gueule de Joie, we wanted a beer the way we like it: honest, balanced, with character. So we brewed it — seriously, without taking ourselves too seriously. A non-alcoholic Pale Ale where malt and hops converse naturally, carried by a clean, thirst-quenching freshness. No added sugars or flavourings: just the right ingredients, in the right place. A beer that recalls a slightly forgotten truth: with or without alcohol, what really matters is the pleasure of drinking a good beer.

This Pale Ale is built on a base of Pilsen, Pale Ale and Munich malts, completed by a touch of honey biscuit malt for roundness. Golding and Cascade hops bring a balance between spicy, floral notes and citrus freshness. Elderflower and lime blossom, paired with orange zest, add a delicate aromatic nuance. Fermentation is carried out with the LoNa yeast, enabling limited and natural fermentation (≈0.3% vol.) without any dealcoholisation process.
