An idea born from travel
It was while discovering the trend for alcohol-free spirits in the United States that Valérie de Sutter envisioned an ambitious French alternative. Back in Normandy, she collaborated with mixologist Flavio Angiolillo to develop complex and refined recipes. The name JNPR, a nod to juniper and the simplicity of a word stripped of its vowels, reflects its spirit: getting to the essence. Since 2020, the brand has grown, multiplied its creations, and established itself as a pioneer of the new-generation aperitif.

The precision of the stills
Each JNPR drink is crafted through fine distillation, carried out in a Charentais still. The plants, fruits, and spices are worked separately to capture the quintessence of their aromas. Without alcohol to carry the flavours, the aromatic intensity relies on a rigorous selection and dosages far higher than in traditional spirits. Working in small batches guarantees consistency and depth of flavour. This artisanal expertise gives JNPR creations their unique character.
