The Les Quatre Tours winery, located in the heart of Provence, has partnered with Kolonne Null to produce this dealcoholized rosé. With its clear, pale color and enticing aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and citrus, the aromatic profile is precise. The palate is supple and balanced, with a lingering freshness. Made according to Provençal tradition and then carefully dealcoholized, this rosé retains all its authenticity. This cuvée showcases the expertise of a cooperative renowned for its straightforward and approachable wines, combined with Kolonne Null's technical excellence.
