Kolonne Null creates premium alcohol-free wines in collaboration with renowned wine estates. Each cuvée is conceived from the outset to be dealcoholised, with particular care given to terroir, grape variety and style. Using a gentle method, the alcohol is removed while preserving the wine's aromas and balance. The result: elegant wines, with a maximum of 0.3% alcohol, that combine refinement, authenticity and pleasure, with no compromise on the tasting experience.
