Kolonne Null creates premium alcohol-free wines in collaboration with renowned wine estates. Each cuvée is conceived from the outset to be dealcoholised, with particular care given to the terroir, the grape variety, and the style. Using a gentle method, the alcohol is removed while preserving the aromas and balance of the wine. The result: elegant wines, at a maximum of 0.3% alcohol, that combine excellence, authenticity, and pleasure, without compromising on the tasting experience.
