Long description

This Sauvignon Blanc is all about clean freshness: tropical fruit shines through without ever tipping into sweetness, while crisp acidity keeps the palate alert through to the finish. At Gueule de Joie, we selected this wine for its faithfulness to the grape variety, born of the expertise of Kolonne Null’s Berlin laboratory and its partner winemakers. Serve well chilled as an aperitif, with ceviche, oysters, a small goat’s cheese or fragrant Thai food.

Kolonne Null creates premium alcohol-free wines in collaboration with renowned wine estates. Each cuvée is conceived from the outset to be dealcoholised, with particular care given to terroir, grape variety and style. Using a gentle method, the alcohol is removed while preserving the wine's aromas and balance. The result: elegant wines at a maximum of 0.3% alcohol, combining exacting standards, authenticity and pleasure, with no compromise on the tasting experience.
