Long description

This rosé opens with crisp red fruit, then develops a richness where you might expect only lightness: it is full and nuanced on the palate, with a lingering saline finish that invites another sip. At Gueule de Joie, we selected it for this depth, rare in an alcohol-free rosé, which Kolonne Null brings to the Provençal spirit. Serve chilled as an aperitif, with salade niçoise, grilled red mullet, aïoli, sardines or herb-rich Mediterranean dishes.

Kolonne Null creates premium alcohol-free wines in collaboration with renowned wine estates. Each cuvée is conceived from the outset to be dealcoholised, with particular care given to terroir, grape variety and style. Using a gentle method, the alcohol is removed while preserving the wine's aromas and balance. The result: elegant wines at a maximum of 0.3% alcohol, combining exacting standards, authenticity and pleasure, with no compromise on the tasting experience.
