This dealcoholized Riesling is the result of a collaboration between Kolonne Null and Anette Closheim, a renowned winemaker from the Nahe region. With its clear color and expressive nose of peach, green apple, and citrus, the varietal character is fully realized. The palate is lively and taut, retaining a beautiful minerality that reflects the freshness of the terroir. Thanks to a gentle and respectful dealcoholization process, the aromas and structure of the original wine are preserved. This cuvée exemplifies the expertise of Closheim, known for her expressive wines, and the technical precision of Kolonne Null.
