Long description

This dealcoholised Riesling was born from a collaboration between Kolonne Null and Anette Closheim, a renowned winemaker from the Nahe region. Clear in colour, with a frank nose of peach, green apple and citrus: the grape variety's typicity comes through fully. The palate is lively and taut, retaining a beautiful minerality that reflects the freshness of the terroir. Thanks to a gentle and respectful dealcoholisation process, the aromas and structure of the original wine are preserved. This cuvée showcases Closheim's expertise, renowned for her expressive wines, and the technical precision of Kolonne Null.
