Long description

Made from French Merlot, this wine is fermented then dealcoholised by vacuum distillation, in order to preserve its structure and aromas. On the palate, you find a smooth and balanced texture, a lovely tension and a fruity finish. Cherry, vanilla and chocolate add complexity and indulgence. ISH succeeds in retaining the identity of a structured red while offering a faithful and sincere alcohol-free version.
