ISH

With more than 50 international awards recognising taste, we are proud to offer one of the most awarded alcohol-free product ranges in the world."

History

From a personal need to a global demand

ISH was born in Copenhagen in 2017, after its founder Morten Sørensen decided to take a break from drinking alcohol. Very quickly, he realised that the available alternatives often lacked character and flavour experience. He then envisioned a range capable of recapturing the sensations of the great bar classics, without depending on alcohol to create pleasure. Conceived in Denmark, the brand gradually established itself as an international reference in premium alcohol-free drinks.

Values

A modern vision of conviviality

ISH encourages more mindful consumption, without setting alcohol and alcohol-free against each other. Here, taste comes before discourse, and pleasure remains central to every creation. Inspired by Scandinavian design and balance, ISH develops accessible, precise and elegant drinks. An approach that values choice, moderation and inclusivity, without ever turning the glass into an austere manifesto or a sparkling moral lesson.

Expertise

Made with natural plants

To develop its recipes, ISH works with various extraction, distillation and infusion techniques in order to recreate the aromatic complexity of classic spirits. The teams select plants, spices and botanicals to build texture, length and balance on the palate. Each recipe requires several months of development before going to market. The aim is not to perfectly copy alcohol, but to recapture its sensations and intensity in a new experience, conceived from the outset to exist without it.

ISH - Portrait

Morten Lee Sørensen

"At ISH, we believe it is possible to drink differently without losing what makes a moment special. We are not trying to replace the experience of sharing, but to expand it. Alcohol-free can be demanding, complex and deeply convivial. We create drinks designed for those who want to keep the pleasure of the ritual, the richness of the aromas and the freedom to choose according to the moment. Less a deprivation than a new way of raising a glass."
