Long description

Made from French Chardonnay, this dealcoholised wine retains all the richness of the grape variety. Vinified then dealcoholised by vacuum distillation at low temperature, it preserves its fruity freshness, roundness and balance. Notes of white fruits, a vanilla touch and a supple texture are found throughout, characteristic of a well-crafted Chardonnay. ISH demonstrates with this cuvée that an alcohol-free wine can remain precise and enjoyable, without artifice.
