Long description

Made from French Chardonnay, this dealcoholized wine retains all the richness of the grape variety. Vinified and then dealcoholized by vacuum distillation at low temperature, it maintains its fruity freshness, roundness, and balance. Notes of white fruit, a touch of vanilla, and a supple texture are characteristic of a well-crafted Chardonnay. With this cuvée, ISH demonstrates that an alcohol-free wine can remain precise and enjoyable, without artifice.
