Sparkling rosé - ISH Spirits

Made using traditional winemaking methods, this sparkling rosé is gently dealcoholized before being re-carbonated. Its pale pink color is captivating in its brilliance, and its nose opens with delicate red fruit and floral notes. On the palate, the bubbles are fine, the acidity moderate, and the whole retains a lovely freshness. A cuvée that combines finesse and precision, true to ISH's technical approach.

Fermentation followed by vacuum dealcoholization at low temperature. The wine is then carbonated to create fine bubbles. Natural profile, without added artificial flavorings or excessive sugar.
