Crafted using classic winemaking methods, this sparkling rosé is gently dealcoholised before being re-carbonated. Its pale pink colour captivates with its brilliance, while the nose opens on light red fruits and floral notes. On the palate, the bubbles are fine, the acidity moderate, and the whole retains a beautiful freshness. A cuvée that combines finesse and precision, faithful to ISH's technical approach.
