Made from French Merlot, this wine is fermented and then dealcoholized by vacuum distillation to preserve its structure and aromas. On the palate, it offers a supple and balanced texture, a lovely tension, and a fruity finish. Cherry, vanilla, and chocolate add complexity and a touch of indulgence. ISH successfully maintains the identity of a structured red wine while offering a faithful and authentic alcohol-free version.

Technical description

Wine made from French grapes, fermented in stainless steel tanks and then cold-dealcoholized by vacuum distillation. This gentle method preserves the grape aromas, resulting in an enriched base that retains all the complexity of a great wine.
