White sparkling wine - ISH Spirits

This alcohol-free sparkling white wine is made from fermented grapes and then carefully dealcoholized. Controlled carbonation creates a fine and persistent effervescence. On the palate, it reveals a dry, clean profile, driven by aromas of citrus, apple, and white flowers. ISH's technical precision results in a dealcoholized wine that retains tension and freshness, in a restrained and elegant style.

The grapes are harvested and pressed directly, then inoculated with a yeast culture and fermented in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the wines are gently dealcoholized using an exclusive vacuum distillation process to preserve the unique properties of the grapes.
