Espumante showcases ISH's expertise in crafting expressive non-alcoholic sparkling wines. The grapes are fermented and then dealcoholized under vacuum, before controlled carbonation. On the palate, the wine is dry and lively, driven by green apple and citrus notes. The tension is crisp, balanced by precise effervescence. This dealcoholized wine embraces a direct, clear, and refreshing style, true to the Spanish spirit.
