Bitter aperitif

Created by Maison Giffard in France, this non-alcoholic syrup combines the complexity of a bitter with carefully coordinated natural flavours. Crafted from water, sugar, natural flavourings, grapefruit, blood orange, quinine and gentian, it elegantly reproduces the classic bitterness of the genre. Its sweet and tangy structure lends itself perfectly to reimagining classics such as the Garibaldi or the Americano, with finesse and without pretence.

Assembled from water, sugar, natural flavours, citric acid, caramel colouring and E129, with a preservative (sodium benzoate) to ensure stability. Its formulation concentrates the bitter aromas of gentian, grapefruit and cinchona in a fluid, stable texture ready for mixological use, with no alcohol or artificial additives.
