Long description

This 0% alcohol white wine from Domaine des Grottes is a masterful interplay between aromatic threads and subtle fruitiness. An infusion of noble botanicals (juniper, pine, bay leaf, gentian, lemon verbena, etc.), reduced in sugar, is blended with grape, apple, lemon, and passion fruit juices. The result: a luminous color and a delicate palate where subtle bitterness mingles with fruity freshness. An elegant composition, crafted without additives or added sugar.
