Since 2002, Romain des Grottes and Perrine Stas have been cultivating Domaine des Grottes biodynamically, a 6.5-hectare vineyard and 2 hectares of cereals in the heart of Beaujolais. Certified organic by Demeter, the estate values ​​the wild herbs growing between the rows of vines, incorporating them into juices blended with homemade herbal teas. This playfully subversive approach transforms what was once perceived as harmful into a natural and sensory treasure.
