Domaine des Grottes
Since 2002, Romain des Grottes and Perrine Stas have been cultivating Domaine des Grottes using biodynamic methods: 6.5 hectares of vines and 2 hectares of cereals in the heart of Beaujolais. Farmed organically and Demeter-certified, the domaine makes use of the wild herbs growing between the vine rows, incorporating them into juices blended with homemade herbal teas. A joyfully subversive approach that transforms what was once seen as a nuisance into natural and sensory richness.
