Domaine des Grottes

Since 2002, Romain des Grottes and Perrine Stas have been cultivating domaine des grottes using biodynamic methods: 6.5 hectares of vines and 2 hectares of cereals at the heart of Beaujolais. Certified organic and Demeter-labelled, the estate makes the most of the wild herbs growing between the vine rows by incorporating them into juices blended with homemade herbal teas. A joyfully subversive approach that transforms what was once seen as a nuisance into a natural and sensory treasure.
