Long description

This 0% alcohol white cuvée from Domaine des Grottes is a masterful interplay of aromatic threads and fruity subtlety. An infusion of noble botanicals (juniper, pine, bay leaf, gentian, lemon verbena…), reduced in sugar, blended with grape, apple, lemon and passion fruit juices. The result: a luminous appearance and a delicate palate where fine bitterness meets fruity freshness. An elegant composition, crafted without additives or added sugar.

Infusion 70% (juniper, Scots pine, bay laurel, yellow gentian, lemon verbena, yarrow, bramble, licorice…), fruit juice 30% (grape, apple, lemon, passion fruit), carbon dioxide.

Domaine des Grottes

Since 2002, Romain des Grottes and Perrine Stas have been cultivating Domaine des Grottes using biodynamic methods — 6.5 hectares of vines and 2 hectares of cereals in the heart of Beaujolais. Certified organic and Demeter-labelled, the estate makes use of the wild herbs growing between the vine rows, incorporating them into juices blended with homemade herbal infusions. A joyfully subversive approach that transforms what was once seen as a nuisance into a natural and sensory treasure.
