Made from Sauvignon Blanc vinified and then carbonated using a proprietary method, preserving the delicate bubbles and aromatic expression, this innovation demonstrates the estate's ability to reinvent traditional winemaking. A credible festive alternative to alcoholic sparkling wines, it opens new horizons for aperitifs and celebrations without compromising on refinement.

Technical description

Sauvignon Blanc base, traditional winemaking. Thorough filtration, complete microbiological stabilization. Dealcoholization by fractional distillation, aroma concentration. Addition of high-purity food-grade CO2, 4.5 bar pressure. Cold carbonation, slow homogenization. Bottling in special sparkling bottles with reinforced airtight caps. Final pressure control, optimized mousse stability.

French wine made from dealcoholized Sauvignon Blanc (95%), concentrated grape must (4.5%), natural flavourings, carbon dioxide, preservatives: E242, sulfur dioxide. Contains sulfites.
