Winemaker Collection - Blanc de Blancs - Divine

With DIVIN Vigneron Blanc de Blancs, the Loire Valley unveils its purest expression of Chenin Blanc. Born on clay and sandy soils, then partially aged in oak casks, it offers aromas of pear, peach, and green apple, underscored by vanilla. Its fine bubbles pair wonderfully with scallops, grilled fish, goat cheese, or a fruit tart. At 0.5% ABV, it retains the wine's essence while celebrating the freedom to savor it in a new way.

A 100% Chenin Blanc blend, 40% of which is aged in oak casks from the Brouard forest. Dealcoholization is carried out by gentle vacuum extraction, preserving the primary aromas and structure of the wine. The grapes come from clay-sand soils in the Loire Valley, cultivated with care and respect for nature. The result: an alcohol-free wine with fine bubbles, a straightforward and balanced profile, reminiscent of great Loire whites in a light and precise version.
