Description technique

Brewed by Brasserie d'Achouffe (Belgium), this beer relies on controlled fermentation: a specific yeast limits the conversion of sugars into alcohol, ensuring a final maximum ABV of 0.4%. Refermentation in the bottle optimizes the fine bubbles and aromatic stability. This process guarantees a taste true to the original Chouffe, without the alcohol.

Née en 1982, la Brasserie d’Achouffe, nichée dans les Ardennes belges, est l’histoire de deux beaux‑frères – Pierre Gobron et Chris Bauweraerts – qui transforment leur hobby en succès. Leur premier brassin a lieu dans le garage familial, suivi en 1986 de l’achat de la ferme de brassage. Après des expansions en 1992 et l’arrivée des bouteilles de 33 cl en 2009, Chouffe rejoint Duvel Moortgat en 2006, préservant son âme artisanale. Aujourd’hui, sa gamme étoffée — IPA, cerise, sans alcool… — s’exporte à l’international, incarnée par son célèbre lutin.
