Chouffe
Founded in 1982, the Brasserie d'Achouffe, nestled in the Belgian Ardennes, is the story of two brothers-in-law — Pierre Gobron and Chris Bauweraerts — who turned their hobby into a success. Their first brew took place in the family garage, followed in 1986 by the purchase of the brewing farm. After expansions in 1992 and the introduction of 33 cl bottles in 2009, Chouffe joined Duvel Moortgat in 2006, preserving its artisanal soul. Today, its expanded range — IPA, cherry, alcohol-free… — Is exported internationally, embodied by its famous gnome.
