Gastronomic rosé - Arensbak

This gastronomic rosé from Arensbak blends Longjing green tea kombucha, strawberry infusion, hibiscus and lemon, and oak barrel aging. The result is a floral and fruity non-alcoholic beverage with a lovely acidity. Its delicate pink hue hints at an expressive nose and a refined palate, without excessive sweetness. Served chilled, it's an ideal companion for vegetarian, summery, or spicy dishes. A true non-alcoholic rosé, but with character.

Double fermentation using fermented green tea, hibiscus infusion, strawberry and lemon, aged in wood. Unpasteurized, unfiltered. The result: a fresh and dry drink, structured like a southern rosé, but with no alcohol (<0.5%).
