Arensbak
Arensbak is a Danish company founded by three former chefs of Michelin-starred restaurants, including NOMA. Their ambition: to create a non-alcoholic beverage worthy of haute cuisine. After two years of research, they developed complex proxies based on fermented kombucha, without grapes or alcohol, but rich in tannins, structure, and aromatic depth. A refined alternative, designed as a true companion to the table.
