Arensbak
Arensbak is a Danish house founded by three former chefs from Michelin-starred restaurants, including NOMA. Their ambition: to create a non-alcoholic drink worthy of fine dining. After two years of research, they developed complex proxies based on fermented kombucha, with no grapes or alcohol, yet rich in tannins, structure and aromatic depth. A refined alternative, conceived as a true companion at the table.
