Effervescent - Arensbak

This Arensbak sparkling wine is crafted like a non-alcoholic sparkling wine. Based on fermented Longjing green tea, an infusion of fruits and herbs is added, followed by a brief aging in oak barrels. The natural effervescence comes from a secondary fermentation, just like in the traditional method. Unpasteurized, lightly sweetened, lively, and elegant, it is distinguished by its balance of fruit, tension, and delicate bubbles. Perfect as an aperitif or with seafood.

Kombucha made with twice-fermented Longjing green tea, fresh fruit, and lemongrass. Briefly aged in oak barrels, unpasteurized and unfiltered. Naturally controlled carbonation from the second fermentation. <0.5% alcohol. Handcrafted in small batches.
