Gastronomic Rosé - Arensbak

This Arensbak gastronomic rosé combines Longjing green tea kombucha, strawberry infusion, hibiscus and lemon, with oak barrel ageing. Together these create a floral and fruity non-alcoholic drink, carried by a beautiful acidity. The pale pink colour announces an expressive nose and a refined palate, without excessive sweetness. Served chilled, it makes an excellent companion for vegetable-based, summery or spiced cuisine. A true non-alcoholic rosé, but with personality.

Double fermentation using fermented green tea, hibiscus infusion, strawberry and lemon, aged in wood. Unpasteurized, unfiltered. The result: a fresh and dry drink, structured like a southern rosé, but with no alcohol (<0.5%).
