Non-alcoholic Negroni
Created in 1919 by Count Camillo Negroni, this cocktail is a cousin of the Americano. Sparkling water is replaced here by gin, to enrich its herbaceous and bitter notes.

Ingredients
- 3cl – Non-alcoholic gin
- 3cl – Alcohol-free bitters
- 3cl – Alcohol-free red vermouth
Preparation
In a glass, over ice, add each ingredient in equal parts and mix with a spoon.
Garnish with orange zest.
