Long description

Sober Gin transposes the London Dry spirit into a 0.0% version. The alcohol is extracted in Grasse before redistillation in century-old stills that concentrate juniper, coriander, rosemary and citrus. Dry, herbaceous and precise, it retains the tension and length of a classic gin, without alcohol or sugar. Award-winning in international competitions, it is ideal for an alcohol-free Gin & Tonic, a revisited Tom Collins or a 0.0 Martini. Its botanical freshness pairs well with seafood, aged cheeses and briny tapas.
