Les Filles de l'Ouest is the first French Schorle: a refreshing blend of organic fruits and finely sparkling water, crafted by hand in the West of France since 2018 by Florence Caillet and Stéphanie Brunet. Alcohol-free, with no flavourings or preservatives and low in sugar, the range (apple, lemon, blackcurrant, rhubarb…) champions short supply chains and natural ingredients. A committed brand, it promotes conviviality, responsible pleasure and accessible excellence, recognised by the Collège Culinaire de France.
