A concentrated burst of red berries rescued from waste: strawberry, raspberry, and blackcurrant blend together to create an intense, juicy, and naturally colored syrup. At Roze Bunker, we celebrate fruit in all its glory: raw, indulgent, and honest. This syrup reveals notes of fresh jam and a light acidity that begs for bubbles. Whether in sparkling water, a fruity mocktail, or over dessert, it transforms everyday life into a celebration.

Technical description

Made with organic, locally sourced berries from the Netherlands: strawberries, raspberries, and blackcurrants from surplus harvests. Slow-infused and naturally sweetened, with no added flavorings. Bottled in Utrecht in reusable glass containers. Dilute 1:8 for your desired strength. Suitable for cocktails, lemonades, and desserts. Vegan, 0% alcohol, no artificial colors or preservatives.
