Crafted in France from organic verjuice, this expression of unfermented grape is infused with a blend of southern plants (rosemary, anise, fig) and lifted by a noble bitterness of gentian. With no fermentation and no alcohol, it offers a complex and balanced aromatic profile. Certified organic and vegan, it illustrates reinvented viticultural expertise: preserving the natural character of the fruit while creating a convivial and contemporary drink.
