Organic sparkling Chardonnay, alcohol-free, 0% - Opia

ÔPIA Chardonnay Effervescent is a non-alcoholic sparkling white wine, crafted using the same meticulous methods as its still counterpart. Eight hours of cold maceration, followed by aromatic aging on grape seeds and oak barrels, results in a sparkling wine with elegant charm. Its creamy mousse envelops the palate, revealing aromas of white flowers, green apple, pear, and citrus, enhanced by buttery notes. Alcohol-free and sulfite-free, it offers the sophistication of a festive white wine, perfect for any occasion, with a light and natural character.

<p>The grapes are harvested at perfect ripeness and at night to take advantage of the cool temperatures, which are beneficial to their aromatic finesse. After destemming and crushing, a cold maceration (4°C) is carried out on the skins. This maceration, which lasts for 8 hours, takes place before pressing to extract beneficial compounds from the grapes, such as polyphenols and tannins. The aromatic complexity is achieved through aging in infusions of organic grape seeds and French oak.</p>
