Sparkling grape juice - Oh Oui

Oh Oui! Pétillant is a sparkling wine made exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The typical aromas of the grape variety—white flowers, nectarine, and redcurrant—are expressed with vibrancy. The bubbles bring freshness and balance, a perfect harmony between sweetness and acidity. Its light finish makes it an ideal companion to aperitifs or fruit desserts. Low in calories (22 kcal/100 ml) and unfermented, it proves that a festive drink can be refined, fruity, and light.

Made from 19-year-old vines grown in clay-limestone and clay-siliceous soils, this unfermented grape juice is produced from early harvests (10 to 15 days before typical ripeness) to preserve freshness. The grapes are cold-pressed mechanically and then aged in stainless steel tanks. Carbonation is achieved by adding CO₂ at the time of bottling. Hot pasteurization (75°C) ensures natural and stable preservation.
