Made from Merlot, the winemaking follows traditional Bordeaux methods, followed by gentle cold vacuum dealcoholization, preserving structure and complexity. The result is a wine with a brilliant ruby ​​color, aromas of ripe red fruit and spice, and a velvety, fresh, and persistent palate. Low in calories (15 kcal/100 ml compared to 89 for a classic red), Cuvée 128 combines tradition and modernity, heritage and innovation. This dealcoholized Vin de France is made from Merlot grapes grown on the hillsides of Puisseguin Saint-Émilion (100m altitude), in a clay-limestone and clay-siliceous terroir. The high planting density (6,000 vines/ha) guarantees optimal quality. Vinified traditionally in stainless steel tanks with double fermentation, it undergoes vacuum dealcoholization to reach less than 0.5% alcohol. Certified Terra Vitis and HVE, it retains its aromas and complexity, while containing six times fewer calories than a classic red wine.
