Alcohol-free Chardonnay 0% - Le Petit Etoilé

The Chardonnay Le Petit Étoilé is a non-fermented, organic and vegan drink. Vinified from grape must, it benefits from cold skin maceration (4 °C) followed by infusions of seeds and oak, which enrich its texture and bouquet. Clear pale yellow colour, floral nose of acacia, pear and citrus notes, with a zesty and lingering palate. A modern and refreshing expression that proves alcohol-free can go hand in hand with elegance and pleasure.

Pre-fermentation maceration at high temperatures (75°C) accelerates the extraction of color and tannins. Aromatic complexity is achieved through aging in the form of infusions of organic grape seeds and French oak.
