Alcohol-free Chardonnay 0% - Le Petit Etoilé

Le Petit Étoilé Chardonnay is a non-fermented, organic, and vegan beverage. Made from grape must, it undergoes cold maceration on the skins (4°C) followed by infusions of grape seeds and oak, which enrich its texture and bouquet. It has a clear, pale yellow color, a floral nose of acacia, pear, and lemony notes, and a crisp, lingering finish. A modern and refreshing expression, proving that alcohol-free can be synonymous with elegance and pleasure.

Pre-fermentation maceration at high temperatures (75°C) accelerates the extraction of color and tannins. Aromatic complexity is achieved through aging in the form of infusions of organic grape seeds and French oak.
