Long description

The Cabernet Sauvignon from the Le Petit Étoilé range is a non-fermented, 100% organic wine, free of sulfites and preservatives. Made using a pre-fermentation maceration at a high temperature (75°C) and then enriched with an infusion of grape seeds and French oak, it boasts an intense ruby ​​color and aromas of blackcurrant, vanilla, and clove. The palate is round, warm, and persistent. Alcohol-free, it retains a distinctive and generous character, ideal for pairing with a meal or enjoying on its own.
