The non-alcoholic organic IPA from Brasserie Parallèle has established itself as a benchmark thanks to its aromatic intensity and technical precision. Brewed with organic Simcoe and Mosaic hops, it benefits from dry hopping, which reveals explosive aromas of tropical fruit and resin. Its dense and full-bodied palate is balanced by a clean and elegant bitterness, complemented by vegetal and peppery nuances. This innovative and demanding approach was recognized with a gold medal in France at the 2024 World Beer Awards.
