La Brasserie Parallèle's organic alcohol-free IPA stands out as a benchmark thanks to its aromatic intensity and technical precision. Brewed with organic Simcoe and Mosaic hops, it benefits from cold hopping (dry hopping) that reveals explosive aromas of tropical fruits and resin. Its dense, full-bodied palate is balanced by a clean, elegant bitterness, complemented by vegetal and peppery nuances. This innovative and exacting approach was recognised with a France gold medal at the World Beer Awards 2024.
