VRMH n°1 - Grape, plants, spices - JNPR

Inspired by traditional vermouths, VRMH N°1 marries grape juice with infusions of plants and spices to create a rich and lightly bitter profile. Crafted in France, it reflects JNPR expertise in the art of maceration and blending. This alcohol-free vermouth is enjoyed neat over ice or in great classics such as the Negroni or the Americano. Alcohol-free distillation in small batches using traditional copper pot stills. High-quality spices are used in greater quantities to create complex, alcohol-free aromas. A maceration process extracts the natural aromas of the spices. Each spice is distilled separately in a Charentais pot still. The preparations are then blended to achieve the perfect aromatic profile. Grape juice is combined with a selection of botanicals and spices, then infused for an extended period to extract aromatic complexity. The final blend balances fruit, bitterness, and spicy notes, without the addition of alcohol. This meticulous work evokes the precision of traditional vermouths.
