Steam-distilled then by molecular process to preserve all its richness, it offers an enchanting balance, to be discovered in inspired creations such as smoky cocktails or soft notes in a brewed coffee. This cordial is crafted from Palo Santo wood from the Gran Chaco region of South America, steam-distilled to capture its woody notes, then molecularly distilled to extract the lactonic and balsamic nuances. Its base of sugar and acids (gluconic, citric, and lactic) fixes these aromas without artificial preservatives.
