The 5 Fruit Gose by Brulo reinvents the sour style: an unfiltered white base enriched with five tropical fruits (mango, passion fruit, guava, apricot, orange). It combines a gentle effervescence with a tangy freshness, lifted by a hint of sea salt. Low in calories (27 kcal/100 ml), vegan and alcohol-free, it embodies a modern, vibrant and intense drink, ideal in the sun or for adding a fruity, thirst-quenching touch to your indulgent moments.

Technical description

Brulo crafts this Gose by blending Pilsner malt and wheat with tropical fruits and a pinch of sea salt. After fermentation, the beer is naturally conditioned, unfiltered, vegan, gently pasteurised, and below 0.5% alcohol. The result? A supple body, a smooth texture and a beautiful harmony between fruity acidity and a briny saltiness.
