Belgian Dark Ale 0.4% 33cl - Force Majeure

Born from the Force Majeure expertise, this dark ale displays a deep mahogany colour, a creamy head and a bouquet blending caramel, light cocoa and toasted bread. The palate is round, balanced by a moderate bitterness and a gentle effervescence. Brewed in Belgium, it showcases a selection of caramelised and roasted malts. Fermentation is carefully controlled to remain at ≤0.5% vol., without dealcoholisation, in order to preserve the aromatic depth, mouthfeel and authentic texture expected of a Belgian dark ale.

A blend of caramelised and roasted malts, with controlled extraction for colour and roundness. Moderate hopping to support a measured bitterness. Fermentation controlled by temperature and time to remain naturally at ≤0.5% vol., without any dealcoholisation step. Gentle carbonation for a creamy foam.
